RIO's Horse Play - Natural

RIO’s Horse Play was inspired by time on British Columbia’s Dean River, where deer flies, often called horse flies, were constantly buzzing the water and drawing aggressive reactions from steelhead. That experience led to the creation of a surface pattern built to imitate a bug steelhead were clearly willing to attack. After early success on the river, Horse Play earned its place as a proven waking fly. In Natural, it offers a realistic, buggy profile and strong surface appeal for summer steelhead.
